We’d like to have an opportunity to embed videos from YouTube in the customer portal so that our customers could see all of them in one place

    Hello Emma,

    Thank you for your request. Now we can create a video library for you as part of the Freshdesk/Freshservice customization service. 

    We’ll definitely think about it as a ready-to-use extension too.
